Roelens Vacations is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Cape Coral, FL

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identity and onboard new OTA platforms to increase exposure.
  • Monitor integration health and ensure seamless functionality with platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with Airbnb and VRBO
  • Management of the website to include adding new features and maintaining upkeep of the functionality regularly.
  • Coordinate the weekly photo schedule.
  • Curate and distribute the monthly owner newsletter.
  • Creating engaging email campaigns to target past guests and past leads.
  • Social Media Management
  • Develop content for welcome books.
  • Updating listing information as needed to fulfill full listing optimization.
  • Coordinate with other small businesses to engage in partnership with Roelens Vacations

Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media market.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and strategies.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis effectively.
