Our Client Service Associate plays an integral role in providing high-level support to our clients. This position assists investment professionals and clients with administrative and operational support.

This position is based in Eugene, Oregon.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

· Work with discretion and tact when exposed to confidential information.

· Build and manage relationships between clients and the firm.

· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the proper coordination of firm projects.

· Prepare client materials and presentations, as requested.

· Use CRM applications to perform various functions, such as submitting/assigning tasks, running reports, etc.

· Assist with special projects as required, scanning, preparing expense reports, making reservations, and handling firm mailings.

What You Need:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.

· Prefer 3 years’ experience in client service.

· 1 year of experience in financial services industry (preferred).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with various financial planning, CRM, portfolio management and document management software.
