Roeda Studio is a woman-owned and operated business that is full of creative people! At Roeda Studio, we design and hand paint our line of Metal Art Magnets to sell in our own retail store and website and to ship all over the country to other retailers.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing great customer service that keeps our customers coming back.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Promoting and selling our products
-Answer phone calls throughout the day, providing cheerful and timely customer service
-Working with team members to improve service, build loyalty, and grow sales
-Maintaining an organized and clean store and work area
-Inventory (twice yearly)
-Supporting other Roeda team members as necessary or as time allows
-Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and motivated

- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system

A thorough training is provided for this part-time position.

Schedule: 2 Saturdays/month, 4 weekdays/month. Store hours are 10am-4pm.
