Learn to perform preventative and predictive maintenance procedures on all tooling.
Learn to design, maintain or repair various fixtures and jigs as job requires.
Learn to perform welding and fabrication work as necessary.
Learn to enter remote work order request into the system when necessary. Shift Log
Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Learn to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
Learn to plan and follow thru all Mold Repairs.
Learn to maintain mold, secondary equipment, and preventative maintenance schedules. Become familiar with ISO 14001 and TS16949
Obtain knowledge of costing, controlling assets and maintain within budget restraints.
Special projects as deem necessary.
Assist Tooling Supervisor and Tooling Manger as necessary
Work experience requirements:
Able to perform in production environment, learn to operate heavy equipment, operate forklift, work around and operate cranes, and work directly with high voltage electronics.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
