Rodney Scott's BBQ is looking to add a Pit Master to the team.

We are looking for a Pit Master to join our Culinary team. We only ask that you are friendly, eager to learn, and a self-motivator. Even if you need extra cash for those coffee runs or to have extra fun money, we have a job for you!

The Pitmaster is responsible for training our pit and meat operations and monitoring and managing the overall quality of our smoked meats. Responsibilities include food quality management, training, proficiency in using our smoker management tools, safety and sanitation practices, ensuring the best food cost and food waste in the pit department, and execution of brand excellence through the highest quality barbecue available.
