Responsibilities

We are currently searching for a collision center appraiser/ advisor Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering phones, Keeping in contact with customers about repairs
Vehicle intake.
Source, order, and track parts.
Conduct quality checks.
Work with insurance companies.
Dispatching work
Working on Repair orders and department paperwork
Other tasks assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all makes and models, have at least 2 years of experience in a collision center, be detail oriented and pay attention to OEM guidelines and quality of workmanship. One must be able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)
MA State appraisers license (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous collision experience preferred.
Experience with computers, estimating software and technologies preferred.
