Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide an Exceptionally Distinctive Guest Experience by Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome at the door and engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion. Introducing guests to their server. Managing restaurant waiting lists during high volume to accurately set guest expectations. Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.

You may also be called upon to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas responsibilities include resetting tables with serving plates, glasses, and silverware, refilling beverages, and cleaning tables. Job description:

Greets each guest and facilitates the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.
Seats each guest at the appropriate tables.
Organizes, stocks and cleans the front lobby during the shift.
Manages competing demands, Bids farewell to each guest.
Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens, and flowers
Place tableware and condiments on tables
Serve water and welcome snacks, like bread.
Refill beverages as needed
Remove dirty utensils and replenish, them as needed
Provide special silverware sets to families with young children
Clean and reset tables after guests leave
Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas

Requirements:

Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be punctual & reliable
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
