- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Test and maintain pool and hot tub chemicals.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
This job position does require maintenance experience.
