Rodefer Moss is currently seeking an Enterprise Solutions Associate to join our team! This position provides monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting support for RM’s clients and supports several RM locations.

Can You:

• Assist with Data Entry and Client A/P invoice processing in various accounting software programs?
• Perform Bank Reconciliations?
• Record Payroll entries?
• Prepare and process Federal and Multi-State Payroll and Sales Tax Returns?
• Assist with annual 1099s and W2s?
• Prepare Client’s Annual Reports?
• Perform other accounting and tax duties as needed as assigned by supervisory personnel?

Requirements

Does this list describe your skillset?

• Two-year associate degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience in accounting or a business-related field
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Capable of working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills to effectively communicate at all-levels
• Ability to learn and master software platforms such as Quickbooks (Desktop and Online), Microsoft Office Suite, Bill, ACS and Adobe
• QuickBooks experience a plus, but not required
• Demonstrate integrity, with a strong emphasis on relationships and a commitment to client service
• Exemplify strong organizational skills, critical thinking, confidentiality and a positive attitude
