Prepares master room use matrices, room requirement forms, and associated support documents for venues and vendors. Coordinates AV requirements reviews orders for accuracy and ensures proper onsite set-up.
Manages, trains and supports event volunteers onsite
Coordinates and administers event continuing education program support. Responsible for inventory, packing and shipment of event-related supplies for travel to events.
Coordinates registration and processes payments for special programs
Directs non-routine and non-event related requests to managers, directors or other departments, as appropriate
Travels when required to support programs and events
