We are on the look out for a passionate Shop Manager to lead our ice cream shop Kennebunk. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Operational Excellence:** Steer the daily workings of the store, ensuring smooth sales operations, efficient inventory management, and top-notch customer service. Keep the store's appearance inviting and standards high.

**Team Leadership:** Hire, train, and lead a team that excels in service and adheres to company guidelines. Foster a collaborative environment where every employee feels valued and motivated.

**Marketing and Growth:** Craft and execute marketing strategies to draw new faces and keep our regulars coming back. From social media buzz to local events, use your creativity to put us on the map.

**Customer Delight:** Create an atmosphere where customers feel special. Address their concerns with grace and ensure they leave happier than they arrived.

**Safety and Compliance:** Uphold stringent health and safety standards in food prep and store maintenance. Ensure compliance and educate the team on best practices.

**Strategic Input:** Work closely with the owner on business strategies, providing insights on store performance and growth opportunities. Stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings irresistible.

**Who You Are:**

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s in business or related field is a plus.
• You bring 3-5 years of leadership experience, ideally in retail or food service.
• You're an excellent communicator, leader, and team player.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at juggling multiple tasks.
• You're flexible, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• You have a genuine passion for customer service and, of course, ice cream!
