Front Desk Receptionist

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with our patients, vendors, co-workers, and management.
• Must have the ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and composed in such situations.
• This position is for full time employment and will require the employee to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests, checking in clients
• Collecting copays, deductibles, coinsurance and balances on accounts
• Scheduling appointments
• Updating and verifying insurance information
• Answering phones, triaging phone calls to clinical staff

Qualifications:

• 3 years in medical reception
• Outstanding communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
