Rocky Mountain Packaging is Hiring a Production Line Lead - Night Shift Near Boise, ID

Rocky Mountain Packaging is a local multi line contract packager. We are seeking to fill various Line Lead positions with little experience needed. We also offer multiple benefits; many starting after just 30 days of employment.

You will be trained how to do the following:

- Operate a packaging machine

- Run a small crew

- Room inventory and management

- How to setup and properly tear down a machine

- Proper documentation

Expected Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Move quickly with good hand/eye coordination
- Stay focused on task at hand
- Communicate well and work well with a team of 2-5 people
- Follow training guidelines
- Good attendance

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Helpful but not Required:
- Management Experience

- Bilingual: English / Spanish

Pay: Can vary with prior experience, starts at $17/hr for night shift. After 30 days of training pay can be increased based of performance.

Hours: Night shift 4:30pm-3am. 10 hours/day
Days: Mon - Thurs. with possible overtime available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
