This full- or part-time healthcare position earns a competitive wage of $16.00 - $25.00/hour , depending on experience, and can be either full- or part-time. Full-time positions work 32 hours over 4 eight-hour shifts , and part-time positions work 20 - 30 hours per week . THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR AS AN OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN - EYE CARE ASSISTANT
We're looking for an individual with great communication skills who is compassionate and caring. We also need an efficient organizer who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Our ideal candidate also exhibits the qualifications listed below:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN - EYE CARE ASSISTANT
As an Ophthalmic Technician - Eye Care Assistant, you play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healthcare. Each day, you gather detailed patient histories, conduct vision checks, perform workups, and do a variety of specialized tests. You also assist the doctor and maintain accurate patient files. With your meticulous attention to detail and compassionate approach, you help our patients feel seen and heard. You love making a positive impact on their vision health!
