Overview:
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious goal of keeping current customers and leads up to date with our product line. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, creating relationships, generating interest and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
· Build relationships through outbound calls and emails
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Research accounts and generate interest
· Construct knowledge of the light duty automotive industry
· Communicate why our driveshafts are superior to the competition
· Track sales communication through CRM software
· Able to communicate effectively to sales manager on what the light duty industry is looking for
· Achieve quarterly sales goals
Experience:
· 4 years inside sales experience
· Familiarity with the automotive industry
· Automotive parts experience
· Comfortable making dozens of outbound calls per day
· Strong listening skills
· Experience with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies
· Ability to manage time effectively
· Proven ability of managing 500 plus accounts
Work schedule:
· Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
· Work from home after one-month training
· In person sales meetings once a month
Supplemental Pay:
· 8% commission pay
· Bonus pay

Pay: $65,630.83 - $80,193.00 per year
