Overview:
We are seeking quality driven people to join our team. from skilled Concrete Finishers to someone willing to learn. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete construction and finishing. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Build and set concrete forms according to project specifications
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using various tools and techniques
- Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, brooming, and stamping to achieve desired texture and appearance
- Repair and restore damaged concrete surfaces
- Operate concrete mixers and other equipment as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate placement of concrete
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to concrete work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Basic carpentry skills for framing and formwork construction
- Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment such as concrete mixers
- Commercial driving experience preferred but not required
