The Mission of Morehead Treatment Center is to provide individualized counseling, education and medication assisted recovery to opioid dependent adults in a safe, medically sound, and therapeutic environment.

Our Mission is to provide opportunities for these individuals to explore, change and strengthen themselves so they can lead a healthy and productive life.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for physical exams, will be responsible for medication orders. The position will work closely in coordination with the Medical Director, Program Director, nursing staff and other members of the treatment team to provide quality care.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a current full unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina.

Minimum 1-year experience working as a NP. Individuals with experience in Addiction Medicine and/or Behavioral Health preferred.

Compensation based on experience.
