We're seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Rocky and Maggie's Pet Boutique and Salon. Position: Pet Boutique Sales Associate

Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our high-end pet products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their pet-related needs, offering knowledgeable advice on our premium products.
• Providing personalized shopping experiences, helping customers find the perfect items for their beloved pets.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system.
• Participating in inventory management, including restocking merchandise and monitoring supplies.
• Keeping up-to-date with pet care trends, products, and industry knowledge to provide the best recommendations to our customers.
• Promoting our boutique through excellent service, encouraging customer loyalty, and generating positive word-of-mouth.

Requirements:

• Passion for pets: A genuine love for animals and a desire to provide them with the best products and care.
• Customer service skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Retail experience: Previous pet product retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Knowledge of pet products: Familiarity with different pet supplies, such as high-quality food, accessories, grooming products, and toys.
• Attention to detail: Ability to maintain a visually appealing store, ensuring products are well-organized and displays are attractive.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate-weight items.
