Rockwood Property Management is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Near London, CT
Our firm is seeking a competent, experienced Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facilities. The Technician will be on the frontline in providing day-to-day maintenance of our office buildings and grounds. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in repairing mechanical and electrical components, responding to security alarms and interacting with contractors. The right candidate will be responsible for making regular inspection reports as well as handling any maintenance issues that arise at our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance such as lubricating, cleaning, and unclogging a variety of equipment.
- Perform repairs and replacements using a variety of tools.
- Install light fixtures.
- Resolve operational issues of mechanical equipment.
- Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
