Rockville Soccer is a family owned business in Rockville, MD. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best specialty soccer selection along with expert knowledge and service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Retail Soccer Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the products they need, and processing sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Soccer products, a friendly and professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills. The Specialist will also be responsible for stocking shelves, cleaning the store, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
