Rockstar Execs is Hiring a Marriott Senior Manager Rooms Revenue Near Austin, TX

Pay to $80K plus up to 5% Bonus based on results. Position can be Remote from home or relocation assistance to a great West Coast city. Position is for a Marriott Franchised Hotel. Must be well versed in One Wheel, MRDW, HPP, Marsha Systems.

The Senior Manager of Rooms Revenue Manages rooms and function space inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximizerevenue and profits. Responsible for building all rates, packages and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel inventory systems. 

Marriott Franchise Brand Senior Manager of Rooms Revenue Job Duties Include:

• Manages function space authorizations, restrictions and rental.

Manages room authorizations, rates and restrictions.

• Manages rooms inventory to maximize rooms revenue.

• Maintains the transient rooms inventory for the hotel and responsible for maximizing transient revenue.

• Releases group rooms back into general inventory and ensures clean booking windows for customers

• Ensures that the hotel sales strategies are effectively implemented in the reservation system and the inventorysystem.

• Prepares sales strategy critique.

• Monitors transient and group inventory daily to ensure straight-line availability and maximization of revenuepotential.

• Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as marketconditions fluctuate.

• Uses reservations system and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies.• Ensures property diagnostic processes (PDP) are used to maximize revenue and profits.
• Initiates, implements and evaluates revenue tests.
• Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes.

• Ensures compliance and participation in company promotions and eCommerce channels

• Ensures the hotel follows brand strategies that will maintain and/or increase the hotels revenue per available room(RevPAR) and revenue per available square foot (RevPAS).

• Understands the working relationship between sales, reservations and property management systems.• Participates in quarterly regional reviews

  • Must be experienced in One Wheel, MRDW, HPP, Marsha Systems
  • Must be well versed in Excel and Analysis 
  • Luxury Resort Experience Required
  • Must Have Manager Levels Rooms Revenue Experience
  • If Remote Must Work on Pacific Time
  • Marriott Brand Experience
