The ideal applicant will be hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, dynamic, and high-motivated. The general purpose of theDietary Manager is to oversee the operations in our Dietary Department.

Location: Rockmart, GA

Pay Range

• $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending upon experience

Responsibilities(not all-inclusive)

• Staffing;
• Managing staff in proper food preparation and handling techniques;
• Food ordering;
• Food preparation;
• Food delivery;
• Clean-up;

• High school diploma;
• Valid driver's license with no significant violations;
• Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen;
• Must pass a criminal background check;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Previous dietary experience in a long-term care setting preferred;

MUST meet one of the following requirements:

• a Certified Dietary Manager; or
• a Certified Food Service Manager; or
• have a similar national certification for Food Service Management and Safety from a national certifying body; or
• have at a minimum an associate’s degree in Food Service Management or in Hospitality if the course study includes Food Service or Restaurant Management, from an accredited institution of high learning
