Hawaii's largest locally owned grocery retailer is looking for a FOH Lead to join et al. located in Kahala Mkt. by Foodland. We are seeking high energy, responsible individuals who are passionate about creating a welcoming place for guests to enjoy high quality food & beverages.
The Front of House Lead will be responsible for upholding all Standard Operating Procedures and Sequence of Service standards while providing and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Assists in the day-to-day supervision of restaurant operations and assists employees. Strives to continually support guests, management team, and employee satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND SKILLS
High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and NCR Silver Pro.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Able to work independently and on a team.
Willingness to be open, to learn, and take on new responsibilities.
Regular, predictable attendance.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands, including but not limited to: sitting at a desk or table working on a computer, and walking. Vision, hearing, speech and literacy (critical). Lifting, pushing, pulling or bending, kneeling, and continuously standing. Using chemical agents or wearing protective clothing.
