TITLE : Machine Operator

SHIFT : Rotating 1st Shift; 7 : 00AM-7 : 00PM

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Support the successful operation of the Morristown facility
• Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications
• Follow cGMP procedures
• Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : (All items listed are required unless otherwise specified. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential accountability satisfactorily.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Entry- level Manufacturing experience
• Basic Computer skills needed
• Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Overall work history including attendance will be considered in the selection process
• Motivation for continuous learning
• Ability to openly embrace change
