Retail Sales Associate
Compensation:
- Flat Salary plus sales compensation year end bonus
Responsibilities:
- MUST SPEAK SPANISH - Needs to Engage with Spanish speaking customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and provide excellent customer service
- Demonstrate vehicle knowledge and effectively communicate the features and benefits of various vehicles
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering vehicle recommendations and providing information on pricing and warranties
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized dealership, ensuring that vehicles are properly displayed and presented
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with vehicle knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Qualifications /Skills:
- Must have excellent communication skills in Spanish/English
- Experience with DealerTrack, VinSolutions, and Car Flow is a plus
- Must have computer skills, be internet savvy, have telephone marketing skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive industry, parts, or service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Electric Vehicles(EV) and Hybrid technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales objectives
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
