We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrative Analyst to expand our ability to produce the best all American attachments money can buy, and we’re doing it right here in Bedford!
What Would You Be Doing? Our Purchasing Analysts are responsible for driving timely reporting and analysis and ensuring required materials are available for our teams.
Essential Functions:
Placing and approving purchase orders, entering bill of material orders
Entering internal jobs for stock, closing jobs
PO confirmations
Conducting material analysis and shortage projections
Communicating item/supply issues to internal Rockland departments
Resolving supplier purchase order non-conformance issues in a timely manner to mitigate disruption to internal and external customers
Creating and using inventory reports
What will you need?
Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience preferred
Automated Manufacturing Environment experience preferred
Previous purchasing or data analysis experience preferred
