Branch Manager, Brockton

Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for a Branch Manager for its upcoming Brockton location. As the Branch Manager you will develop, lead, and maintain a high performing branch team committed to sales, service, and revenue objectives, with a top priority on community connections.

A day in the life of the Branch Manager

Working out of the Brockton branch, the Branch Manager will generate new business through promotional activities, while supervising, coaching, and developing staff. You will also interview and advise loan applicants, handle difficult situations with members and resolve member complaints and concerns. You will also participate in community activities to help bring value to the organization.

Skills & Requirements

A BA/BS or equivalent work experience is required. You will also have at least 3 years' experience within the financial industry. You will have strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills, and proven experience providing excellent customer service. You will have demonstrated sound judgement and the ability to solve problems using resourcefulness and ingenuity. High attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude and proven interpersonal skills come naturally to you. Where you excel is engagement. You are eager to get involved within the community and look forward to activities and events.

Work Schedule and Benefits

As the Branch Manager you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule with occasional Saturdays and attendance at community events (we support work-life balance!)
