Our contact center solutions range from current state assessments, roadmap development, technology implementation and sustainment, and full outsourced operations. 

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Strategic Planner.

Key Responsibilities 

• Identify overly cumbersome processes that could be streamlined and made more efficient.

• Conduct market research and evaluate trends.

• Develop new strategies and tactical processes designed to enable the organization to meet prescribed objectives.

• Evaluate implemented strategies to assess their effectiveness and make modifications as required.

 
Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required 

• 10 years of Project Management experience 

• Project Management Certification or equivalent highly recommended 

• Working knowledge of the U.S. Army Enterprise Strategic Management System (SMS) as SMS is a used by the Commander to determine Lines of Effort and related Metrics, as well as Measurements of Performance/Expectations tracked by higher headquarters 

• Strong facilitation and communication skills 

• Experience managing others/team 

• Ability to advise on Business Development activities and strategic engagements 

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
