We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Manager. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provides overall supervision of ETMS2 and serves as the single point of entry to USAMRDC for externally and internally initiated tasks.

• Possess the ability to submit, track and act on tasks and documents with ease and transparency.

• Quickly disseminate work to teams and monitor progress.

• Can access both the Non-classified and Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR/SIPR) networks.

• Conduct initial mission analysis, assign USAMRDC Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR), confirm and establish of suspense dates, monitor task completion, and close tasks upon completion. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required 

• 5 years relevant professional experience 

• Demonstrated working experience in military operations and planning.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret regulations, directives, policies, and contingency plans as they relate to support requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge of the Army’s Military Decision Making Process (MDMP); staffing procedures, and application of analytical and critical thinking process.

• Demonstrated working experience in military operations and planning 

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
