Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking talented and personable Gift Shop Sales Associates. You will deliver excellence in service to our guests, assisting each guest with merchandise selection and knowledge of resort information. The ideal candidate is creative with a passion for visual merchandising and customer service. This position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with merchandise selection while providing premium customer service
• Operate and maintain the POS system
• Inventory management, cash handling, stocking, and other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year(s) retail experience preferred
• Guest focused approach and high level of patience
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, adept at multi-tasking, and a true team player

Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part-time with potential to convert to full-time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
