Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking a talented and personable Bartender for our food & bar service outlets. Our ideal candidate is familiar with a variety of drink recipes and can deliver excellent guest service. You will be responsible for serving patrons at our saloon, pool bar, and dining room. Weekends and holidays are required. This is a tipped position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service to each guest while maintaining a clean bar area in accordance with the resort’s guidelines and sanitation standards
• Mix all drinks based on serving sizes as trained
• Maintain an efficient work pace to ensure guests are satisfied at the saloon and dining room at all times
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout your shift
• Perform alcohol inventories at the end of each shift to maintain proper inventory

Qualifications

• 1 years bartending experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, adept at multi-tasking, and a true team player
• Ability to lift 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis and work on your feet throughout your shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
