Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for managing many financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all accounting and tax regulations
• Manage the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software
