We are currently seeking a skilled Grinder to join our team. As a Grinder, you will be responsible for operating various machines and tools to grind, smooth, and shape metal components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate grinding machines to grind metal workpieces according to specifications

- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine grinding requirements

- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements

- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications

- Use calipers, snap mics, idicators, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions

- Maintain proper tooling and equipment for efficient operation

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Grinder or similar role preferred

- Strong knowledge of grinding techniques and processes

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

- Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools accurately

- Experience as a grinder is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
