• Ability to implement individualized student plans for intervention and remediation
• Interact effectively with students and staff
• Develop an understanding of the students and their needs
• Work successfully with the students
• Provide health care needs as required by the students
• Assist with individual students who are functioning inappropriately and need de-escalating
• Have knowledge of and ability to support student needs using C.P.I. (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) strategies
• Consistent, regular and reliable attendance
