- Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym)
- Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager with overall site operation
- Strive to surpass customer expectations
- Capability to perform any of the positions staffed at the wash
- Serve as the responsible party for customer, equipment, and staff issues that arise when other management is not on the premises
- Assist in training and coaching the wash team to emulate company safety, customer relations, and wash procedures and to comply with all company policies
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Help maintain a clean, attractive, safe facility
- Comply with safety standards and be an example for all team members
- Handle cash transactions/deposits ethically, efficiently, and accurately
- Comply with RocketFast! Employee Handbook
- Other responsibilities and tasks as necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate;
- Enjoy working outdoors;
- Mechanically inclined;
- Organized;
- Excellent verbal and written communication
