Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and tolerances
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Use coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to perform dimensional inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related documentation
- Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality inspection or related field
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications
- Knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
