We are a real estate company looking for an Administrator for our Finance Department, to assist both our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with several types of routine tasks.

Our ideal Finance Administrator would have the following qualities:

• Attention to detail is a must, as this job does a great deal of data entry.
• Experience with either AP or AR is helpful, but Accounts Payable experience in particular is good.
• Departmental calendar management experience is also helpful.
• This is a highly people-facing job that requires the Admin to work with several people not only in the Finance Department, but also in other teams and affiliated companies.
• The Administrator needs to be an adaptable person who is willing to learn new skills, as our company is growing quickly.
• The Administrator's office hours would be 8 A.M. to 4 P.M., and they would work at our main office at 2610 6th St., Huntsville, AL 35805.

Pay is dependent upon education and experience.
