Summary: Rocker Oysterfeller's is a bustling restaurant in West Sonoma County, known for its southern comfort and coastal seafood influenced with an elevated bar program. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, and glassware using a variety of cleaning methods and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Dispose of waste and recyclables
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Additional tasks to assist chef, as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience working as a dishwasher in a restaurant or food service environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
