Position Overview:

As our engineering coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our engineering team with document control, deadlines, new order review, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate who is looking to join an exciting team-oriented environment.

The position requires strong attention to detail, technically savvy with a strong sense of urgency.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to our engineering team
• Process engineering change requests, route them to correct channels and update as required
• Process new orders as they pertain to Engineering
• Create bill of materials and production process in SAP system
• Route drawings for signature through Adobe Sign
• Create and distribute internal office memos
• Manage and maintain drawings, travelers and other engineering documentation
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements
• Ensure responsiveness to internal customer requests
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Prior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
• Detail oriented, proactive, and self-motivated; willingness to learn new skills and take on additional projects; self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask with shifting priorities.
• Possess a sense of urgency and excellent follow-through skills

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM (can be flexible)
Reports to: VP, Engineering

Any offer of employment will be contingent upon receipt of acceptable results from a drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
