RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Seattle is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individual to join our team. Position includes hourly rate, tips, and if qualified, based on average hours worked, a health, dental, and vision plan after the measurement and administration periods.

We practice tip sharing as a company, more commonly referred to as tipping-out. The Busser position is tipped out through our tip sharing policy, and allocated based on the hours worked by the individual.

Wage Range and Benefits

• Hourly Wage is $17.27/hour plus tips.
• Training/meeting wage is $19.97/hour.
• Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked.
• Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July.
