```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or POS system
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a bartending or related role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
