Job Description:
Are you passionate about music and vinyl records? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Rock This Town Records is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. This role has the potential to turn into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service with a warm and personable approach.
• Maintain an organized and detail-oriented store environment.
• Listen to customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Assist with inventory management and organization.
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with new music releases and trends in the vinyl community.
• Ship packages and manage shipping logistics.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift and move heavy crates of records.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
