Rock The Stages Music School is a fast growing business that is soon to be one of the biggest music programs in Aurora/Denver. We have nearly 300 students, which comes with logistical challenges. We are in need of a studio manager that is driven, organized, self directed, and good with technology. Here are some specific needs in regards to the position.

1) Learning our Scheduling and Billing System Mymusicstaff.com

2) Reaching out to new student leads and following up with trial lesson students.

3) Customer relations (Phone calls, texts, and emails).

4) Keeping track of billing and scheduling to make sure everything is running smoothly.

5) Being available from 6-8 Monday thru Friday for daily tasks outlined in our training course.

6) Being available Saturday afternoons from 4-6pm for weekly tasks outlined in our training course.

We would prefer a college graduate with prior experience managing. It is a plus if you have worked managing music schools or music programs in the past, but not a requirement. This will be a part time position starting out at 10-15 hours per week. For a motivated and skilled worker there is a possibility for this to turn into a full time position with the right disposition and skill set. Room to grow within the company!
