**Job Overview:** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Basketball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball and coaching, with a focus on mentoring and developing young athletes. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' skills and performance - Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve teamwork, strategy, and individual abilities - Provide guidance and support to players on and off the court - Motivate players to reach their full potential and foster a positive team environment - Coordinate game schedules, tournaments, and travel arrangements - Monitor player progress and provide feedback for improvement **Requirements:** - Previous experience in coaching basketball or related sports - Knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage player behavior effectively - Strong leadership qualities and motivational skills - Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred If you have a passion for basketball and enjoy working with young athletes, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding coaching position.
