Banquet Server
As an established Banquet/Catering Facility in Greenville, NC, we provide service, staffing, and custom menus for private and corporate events in Eastern North Carolina. We are currently seeking Banquet Servers. This position has the following requirements:
- To set up banquet equipment and/or foods/beverages as required at the specified times and locations. Provides guests with the highest standards of food and beverage service at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Report to work on time and in full uniform.
- Work safely and courteously at all times.
- Know the menu for each function served and be able to knowledgeably explain the primary ingredients and preparation methods for each item to be served.
- Keep stations neat and clean during service. Constantly assess assigned station(s) and section(s), refill water and provide beverage/coffee service, remove service items, and anticipate and attend to guest needs.
- Assist the team in set-up and break down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.
- Set up, serve, and/or breakdown meetings, receptions, and other special functions, following standard policies and procedures.
- Greet and serve guests, following guidelines and all other details of our policies and procedures regarding food and beverage service.
- Complete any assigned side work, such as refilling condiments, sorting linens, cleaning/storing serving equipment, etc.
- Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the associates are capable of performing.
- Maintain and clean equipment, utensils, and appliances
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Continuous standing and walking throughout shift
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License, as this position will require driving company vehicles

Pay: Starting at $10.00 per hour
