Rock Solid Precast is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Conroe, TX

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various departments within the organization.

**Duties:**

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management

- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

- Create and update records and databases

- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

- Bilingual (Spanish)

- Quickbooks preferred
