You have the opportunity to become the new Rock Properties Administrative and Tenant Accountants Receivable Coordinator. As the coordinator, you will make sure our financial affairs run smoothly.

What are requirements for the ideal Administrative and Tenant Accountants Receivable Coordinator?

• You have recent bookkeeping experience.
• You enjoy learning new systems because we continually update and streamline our processes.
• You are proficient with Windows, Word, Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
• You have excellent credit. Our staff gets first priority to rent any of our apartments, and many of our staff members are also our residents (including the president of the company). As a result, we expect our staff to have excellent credit like our residents.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Appfolio
• Conversational Spanish

Where is the job located?

We are located adjacent to the Newark Broad Street Train Station and Rutgers Business School. With this hybrid position, you must have access at home to a separate and secure workspace.

What are my hours?

• Full time – 40 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling within regular business hours (Monday – Friday)
• In addition, please plan to join our all-company 4-day summer retreat and our annual office staff two-day autumn retreat.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year plus benefits
