13 Week Contract

Facility currently has 4 Pelvic Floor patients, but they get as many as 12 at one time. They would be needing someone that has pelvic floor experience and has the ability to do internal and external exams, without supervision. Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy (or equivalent). Must have a current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice (Colorado). BLS Certificate.
