A growing property management company is looking for an experienced property maintenance / PAINTER

The candidate must be experienced in renovating apartments and HOMES (plumbing, light electrical, dry wall, painting and flooring, and finishing) and have own transportation and all necessary tools related to apartment maintenance projects.

Compensation: $15.00-20.00/ hour depending on experience. We are not afraid to pay you if you what you are worth if you have experience, are reliable, and can work independently!

Holiday pay and paid time off after 3 months probation.
