Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and efficiently from the kitchen to the customers. Your main responsibility will be to assist the waitstaff in delivering orders accurately and in a timely manner. Duties:
- Help the waitstaff by delivering food orders to customers' tables
- Ensure that all food items are accurately labeled and presented
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are complete and properly prepared
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Communicate any customer requests or concerns to the appropriate staff members
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
